Chef Lin was raised in Japan and trained in Tokyo. Chef Lin has over three decades of expertise as a Head Chef and Operational Manger in restaurants across London.
Chef Lin has undeniable immense passion and has mastered his craft to deliver pure authentic flavours of Japan into his dishes. From Sushi, Sashimi, hot dishes and Japanese Hot Pot, there is something for everyone!
Kizuna means ‘a bond’
We named our restaurant KIZUNA because we love it’s meaning. Our mission is to offer a ‘little piece of Japan’ on the Isle of Man. To create a welcoming restaurant where our guest, friends and family can bond together through their shared love of Japanese food and dining.
Seated at Chef’s table, you can watch Chef Lin and his team freshly prepare and cook your meals right in front of you. Conversations with our chefs over the counter are warmly welcome.
